What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit cards at this stage. When you are directed to the Paypal website, you can choose to pay by either logging into your PayPal account or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Is your pricing inclusive of GST?
Yes. All product pricing displayed on the website has GST included.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Australia.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on size & weight of the parcel and where it's being delivered to. Minimum shipping cost is $14.95.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on where you are located within Australia, our estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 3-10 working days.
Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from the warehouse (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment).
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
How long does it take to confirm payment?
We will only dispatch items when full payment is received. Payment generally takes 1-2 days to process. In some exceptional cases, it could take up to 5 days or more.
When will the item be dispatched?
Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.
How are the items delivered?
Items are shipped via Australia Post, StarTrack Express, Fastway or Allied Express, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Can I use my own delivery service?
We only use our nominated carriers for delivery.
Can I come to you directly to pick up and pay for the item?
To allow the distribution centre to dispatch all orders efficiently, pick up is not available. All payment has to be made when you proceed to the checkout on our website.
Is lay-by available?
Lay-by is not available at this stage.
What should I do if there is a part missing?
Please check the packaging very thoroughly as small components can come loose during shipping. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance.
Do you offer warranty?
a.) Most of our products come with a 12 month refund or replacement warranty. The following terms and conditions apply to warranty:
- Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty
- This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts (e.g. battery, carry bag etc).
- You must check the item(s) and report the damages or faults (pictures or videos) to us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe. Additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
- Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.
Refund and replacement
Refund and replacement generally takes up to 3 working days to process. You will be notified once it has been processed.
NOTE: A refund or replacement will not be provided if products have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from the warehouse. We operate a fast and automated dispatching system and need time to respond to your message, we can only do our best to help.
